Cooking Class 23 October 2024 - Basque Cheesecake

 Shake up your French cooking know-how with our next Cooking Class in October!

There’s no shame in being hopeless in the kitchen. Gunnela will guide you during a two-hour hands-on workshop to skill up and learn how to make a perfectly creamy to-die-for Basque Burnt Cheesecake.

Basque Cheesecake is a custardy dessert made with cream cheese, eggs, cream, sugar and a bit of flour. It is caramelised on top and jiggly in the centre. Dé-li-cieux!

All ingredients are provided and you get to enjoy your treat at the end of the session.
Bilingual class. All levels welcome!
