This event will get sold out in a flash…We will be exploring an authentic walnut cake recipe from the Périgord region in the southwest corner of France.
“Gâteau Aux Noix” is a super light cake, unique in taste. It is made with toasted walnuts (the Périgord walnuts have their own AOC recognition – appellation d’origine contrôlée), lemon zest and Armagnac.
This is a two-hour hands-on workshop.
All ingredients are provided and you get to enjoy your treat at the end of the session.
Bilingual class. All levels welcome!
