Come and join Gunnela in the AF kitchen for a two-hour hands-on cooking class! We’ll tackle the traditional Gâteau Nantais, a specialty from Nantes, just south of Brittany in western France.

Gâteau Nantais is a moist and fragrant almond cake infused with rum and vanilla. It is topped with a white glaze that crackles as the fork digs in. Ouh la la!

All ingredients are provided. You walk home with the recipe and a mini Gâteau Nantais to enjoy.
