Casual French Teacher for children

The Alliance Française de Perth is looking to hire a motivated and experienced French tutor to join its casual teaching team.

Part-time contract: 3 to 12 hours of teaching per week including Saturday morning

Skills and qualifications required:

• Master in FLE or Diploma in FLE or a Teaching Degree or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Experience in teaching French to children and teenagers
• Excellent communication skills
• Interest and skills in using multimedia tools and documents for teaching
• Familiar with the action based approach and the communicative approach
• Willingness to work within a team and communicate with the teaching team
• Willingness to promote the Alliance's courses and activities to students
• Interest and skills in developing resources and course curricula
• Current Australian working visa is necessary
• Availability to teach in the evening during the week and on Saturday morning
